Colliers International | Pittsburgh Announces Relocation of Eastern Area Adult Services

– Secures 4,288 SF and relocates corporate headquarters office to Keystone Commons in Turtle Creek, PA –

Colliers International | Pittsburgh is proud to announce that Eastern Area Adult Services will be relocating its corporate headquarters to Keystone Commons in Turtle Creek, PA. Edward Lawrence III, Associate at Colliers International | Pittsburgh, represented Eastern Area Adult Services in securing the new 4,288 SF office as its new headquarters.

Bobbie Snowball represented the landlord (RIDC) in the transaction.

“The new location provides Eastern Area Adult Services with a more efficient space and professional environment which will allow the organization to recruit and retain high quality employees,” said Mr. Lawrence.

Colliers International | Pittsburgh Announces Expansion of Washington Communities MH/MR Center, Inc.

– Secures 13,547 SF expansion space at Chestnut Place in Washington, PA –

Colliers International | Pittsburgh is proud to announce that Washington Communities Mental Health/Mental Retardation Center, Inc. (“Washington Communities”) has expanded into the entire second floor of the Chestnut Place building at 378 W Chestnut Street in Washington, PA, its existing location.

Patrick Sentner SIOR, Founding Principal, and Edward Lawrence III, Associate at Colliers International | Pittsburgh represented Washington Communities in securing the 13,547 SF expansion space, which encompasses the entire second floor of the building.

“The new space will afford Washington Communities with a more efficient layout as it will consolidate operations onto one floor that are currently spread out over two,” said Mr. Lawrence.  Colliers International | Pittsburgh was able to assess Washington Communities’ current lease situation and future space needs to derive a solution that ultimately satisfied all of their organization’s goals.
