Edward Lawrence III, Associate at Colliers International | Pittsburgh, represented Eastern Area Adult Services in securing the new 4,288 SF office as its new headquarters.
Bobbie Snowball represented the landlord (RIDC) in the transaction.

“The new space will afford Washington Communities with a more efficient layout as it will consolidate operations onto one floor that are currently spread out over two,” said Mr. Lawrence. Colliers International | Pittsburgh was able to assess Washington Communities’ current lease situation and future space needs to derive a solution that ultimately satisfied all of their organization’s goals.
