Colliers International | Pittsburgh Represents Milestone, Inc. as Tenant
– Secures a new 6,202 SF office for their relocation to Penn Center East –
Colliers International | Pittsburgh is proud to announce that Milestone, Inc. will be relocating its Behavioral Health office to Penn Center East, Building Seven, 777 Penn Center Boulevard.
Patrick Sentner SIOR, Founding Principal and Edward Lawrence MBA, Associate at Colliers International | Pittsburgh represented Milestone, Inc. in securing the new 6,202 square foot office.
Barry Layton of LG Realty Services represented the landlord in the transaction.
“The new location will improve Milestone’s delivery of services to its consumers, as the construction of the suite is specific to the organization’s needs,” said Edward Lawrence, “Penn Center East also provides access to public transportation and more than ample parking.”

Colliers International | Pittsburgh qualified as one of the top commercial brokerage firms in Pittsburgh based on total leasing and sale transactions closed during the year. In order to be selected for this honor, Colliers International | Pittsburgh was evaluated against other commercial real estate brokerage firms active in its region by CoStar Group, and subsequently ranked among the top firms in the market.
Colliers International | Pittsburgh’s significant transactions that closed in 2011 included the UPMC lease of 148,000 SF, the Restaurant Depot purchase of 13 acres and Cellone’s purchase of 115,000 SF.

The Lipsey Survey Rankings Affirm Colliers’ Industry Leadership, Initiatives
Reaffirming Colliers International’s leadership in the commercial real estate industry, The Lipsey Co., the industry’s leading training consultancy, has ranked Colliers among the top global brands in a new survey of more than 50,000 industry professionals.
The 11th annual Lipsey survey, which ranked Colliers second overall for the third year in a row, was conducted among commercial property owners, investors, lenders, brokers and property managers around the globe.

Colliers International | Pittsburgh secures new 66,713 SF office lease, on behalf of HUB Properties Trust, for Chevron expansion at Cherrington Corporate Center

As developments in Marcellus and Utica Shale continue to grow their presence in western Pennsylvania, oil and gas conglomerate Chevron Corporation is expanding. Chevron recently signed a 66,713 SF office lease at Cherrington Corporate Center, Building 600 in Moon Township. The building was represented on behalf of its owner HUB Properties Trust by Paul Horan, Founding Principal and Jeffrey Adams, Vice President | Office and Industrial Brokerage at Colliers International | Pittsburgh.
“Colliers International | Pittsburgh, in conjunction with representatives of REIT Management & Research, LLC (HUB’s Property & Asset Management Company), assembled a highly qualified team of representatives to address all of Chevron’s specific facility questions and requests without delay,” said Jeffrey Adams, Vice President | Office and Industrial Brokerage at Colliers International | Pittsburgh. “To assist with Chevron’s continued growth in the region and to obtain them as the newest tenant within Cherrington, the landlord team staged the full-building renovation (interior and exterior) to make sure we would meet their operational date without disruption to their everyday office use.”
