Colliers International l Pittsburgh Rides to Fight Multiple Sclerosis

Gregg Broujos, Managing Director, David Thor, Principal and Justin Kline, Associate of Colliers International l Pittsburgh, participated in the 2015 Bike MS: Escape to the Lake, an annual fundraising event organized by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Pennsylvania Keystone Chapter. Along with over 1,000 other bike riders, Mr. Broujos, Mr. Thor and Mr. Kline pedaled 150 miles from Western Pennsylvania to Ohio over two days to help raise almost half a million dollars for the battle against multiple sclerosis.

This was the third year Colliers International l Pittsburgh participated in the ride, raising over $17,000 the previous year. For Gregg Broujos, this was his 13th time participating in the ride, supporting his wife and mother-in-law who have been affected by MS.

“The outstanding level of support that we received from the donors, the volunteers, and the communities through which we rode was truly inspiring,” remarked Mr. Thor on the ambiance of the race.

Colliers International | Pittsburgh participated in the ride as part of “The Big EL” team. The Big EL raised the second highest amount of donations totaling $34,481.

“It is through the ongoing and incredible support of riders like Mr. Broujos and companies like Colliers International l Pittsburgh, that help us support people living with MS in our local community,” said Anne Mageras, President of the PA Keystone Chapter. “I am always amazed at the number of riders that join us each year to pedal up the western Pennsylvania hills and to raise critical dollars to fund our local services and our research efforts.  We can’t thank Mr. Broujos enough for his long-time commitment to the event and for his passion to put an end to MS, forever.”

Colliers International | Pittsburgh Appoints Mamadou Baldé, Esq. to Vice President & In-House Counsel Office Brokerage

Colliers International | Pittsburgh, a leading provider of commercial real estate services in Western Pennsylvania, announced today that Mamadou Baldé, Esq. has joined the firm as Vice President & In-House Counsel to assist with the growth of the Office Brokerage practice.

Born in Guinea, West Africa, Baldé immigrated to the United States as a child and graduated from Moon Area High School. He attended the University of Akron and transferred to Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and was a member of the University’s football program. Baldé earned a juris doctor degree from Liberty University in 2012. Since then, he has been a practicing attorney serving the energy industry by analyzing contracts, conducting title searches and options, and performing property due diligence in both Pennsylvania and Ohio.

As a member of the Office Brokerage team, Mr. Baldé will be responsible for contract and lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions and client relationships. He will also serve as the

in-house counsel with responsibilities ranging from reviewing contracts, and negotiating the terms of agreements to providing legal advice.

OXFORD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY EXPANDS MARKETING EFFORTS FOR 350 FIFTH AVENUE

Partnership with Colliers International takes Project Nationwide

Oxford Development Company today announced a partnership with Colliers International to expand the marketing of 350 Fifth Avenue.

“Oxford has been working with potential clients in the Pittsburgh market for the lease up of 350 Fifth Avenue,” said Steven350 Fifth J.
