Colliers International | Pittsburgh is excited to welcome industry veteran, Dick Cassetti, as Senior Vice President and Market Leader. Cassetti will focus on growing Colliers’ operations and business throughout the region, while also recruiting top talent.

Cassetti joins Colliers with more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience, primarily in tenant representation. He will continue to provide clients with top level service while growing Colliers existing presence within the market.

“I have known some of the Colliers brokers for as long as 30 years. They have always been very professional and a pleasure to work with. I am thrilled to now be working together with them,” said Cassetti.

Colliers would also like to extend a tremendous thank you to Gregg Broujos, former Market Leader, for his leadership and dedication to the Pittsburgh office. Broujos has decided to step down from his Managing Director position in order to fully dedicate himself to his clients and investment brokerage.

“The Market Leader role for a commercial real estate firm is very complicated, and someone to fill that position comes around once every five years or so. Luckily, we found Dick [Cassetti] in the fifth year and cannot be more excited to have him on board,” said Broujos.
