Colliers International Pittsburgh assisted with site selection for Confluence Financial Partners’ Downtown Pittsburgh office. Colliers brokers Paul Horan and Edward Lawrence surveyed the office market of Pittsburgh’s Central Business District to find a location that would best support the needs of Confluence and its clients.

After thorough evaluation of several options in the market, Confluence decided upon a corner suite on the 24th floor of One PPG Place.

“As a top financial advisory firm, Confluence will be better able to serve its clients at the PPG location,” said Lawrence, “This was the main strategic goal in the site location and Colliers was proud to represent Confluence in the transaction.”

Deciding factors that led Confluence to One PPG Place included integral parking in the building for ease of access of clients, gorgeous views of Market Square and the Monongahela River and an efficient layout to better serve clientele.

Confluence has locations in Southpointe, Wexford and is currently constructing a new stand-alone office building in Peters Township.
