Previous Founding Principal at Colliers Pittsburgh returns as Executive Vice President of Occupier Services
PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA, August 30th 2023 – Colliers is pleased to announce the addition of Patrick Sentner, SIOR to the company’s Pittsburgh office. Mr. Sentner, previously a Founding Principal at Colliers Pittsburgh, rejoins the office as Executive Vice President with leadership over the Pittsburgh Occupiers Services Team. Mr. Sentner brings with him over 30 years of industry experience with a concentration in office representation and corporate services.

Most recently Mr. Sentner served as Executive Vice President within CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services division of the Occupier Services Group, having joined the company in March 2017. In addition to gaining distinction as a top broker, Mr. Sentner was the first representative from the region to be selected as Global President for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), holding the position from October 2021 through October of 2022 and he continues to serve on SIOR’s Governance Team. Prior to his tenures at CBRE and Colliers, Mr. Sentner was a Vice President with Oxford Development Company. His industry accomplishments include multiple Colliers Everest Awards, several NAI Global Top Performer awards, and a NAI Global Vision Award, among other notable distinctions.
