PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA, December 13th, 2023 — Colliers is excited to share that Pickleball Harbor has secured a long-term lease for 14,350 SF at 5201 Mellon Road in Murrysville, PA. Initially constructed in January 2023 for industrial warehouse use, this Class A building is now fully occupied: Pickleball Harbor, an indoor sports facility, will be joining existing tenant Stryker within the Murry Corporate Park location. Aurora Property Management, an affiliate of the property ownership group, will be responsible for overseeing construction and building management going forward.
