Pittsburgh, PA – Colliers is pleased to welcome Matt Reder, an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets team, to the Pittsburgh office.

Matt, a Detroit, Michigan native that calls Pittsburgh home, received his Bachelor of Science in real estate and finance from Virginia Tech in 2020. Previously working in property management for CBRE, financial underwriting for EagleBank, and most recently as an Agency Underwriter for Capital One, he brings expertise across a variety of real estate assets.
Matt is a professional and college sports fanatic — he loves attending Virginia Tech football and basketball games, as well as hitting the golf course. Matt is also passionate about American History and travelling: in 2019 he was afforded the opportunity to study abroad in Prague, additionally checking most of continental Europe off his travel bucket list.
