Colliers’ Mark Anderson and Jonathan Levinson Secure a Win for the 2023 Q3 CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals List for Retail Leases

This notable lease was for Painted Tree Boutiques, with a 38,000-square foot lease at 460-680 East Waterfront Drive, located in Homestead, PA.
