More donations, more costumes, and more heat (30 more degrees than last year, to be exact): Colliers’ Pittsburgh office recently did the PA Special Olympics’ 2024 Polar Plunge, and we had a blast participating in our first community outreach event of the year!

Exceeding the original goal of $750,000, our community helped to raise over $1,000,000 to support athletes across the Three Rivers Region. With a happy hour sponsored by Pittsburgh Brewing Co. prior to the plunge and hot dogs and pierogis-a-plenty, we enjoyed the warm sun and some team bonding as we awaited our turn to plunge.

From the paparazzi finding its way to our very own Elvis Presley (capital markets team member Willis Croker) and very committed belly flops, we had a great time supporting a great cause thanks to the event’s sponsors:

Through Colliers Gives, our globally branded program that unifies governs, and promotes Colliers office’s volunteer programs, we are excited to continue reaching volunteer and outreach goals to help Colliers’ position as a leader in Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG).
We have previously volunteered with the Brother’s Brother Foundation, Pittsburgh Downtown Cleanup, and Out of the Darkness Walk, and we are excited to achieve Colliers’ U.S. 2024 goal of exceeding 1,100 volunteer activities!
