Colliers is pleased to announce that John Bilyak, Market Leader and Principal of the Pittsburgh firm’s Industrial brokerage, and Patrick Sentner, Executive Vice President of the Occupier Services team, were both recognized at SIOR’s Western Pennsylvania Chapter 2024 Top Deal Awards.
John Bilyak was awarded “Industrial Sale of the Year” for his involvement in the sale of 215 Beechman & 170 Bilmar Drive: a 153,270-square-foot property that had been entirely leased to Rosedale Technical College, utilized as their college campus.
Patrick Sentner received recognition in three categories: he was awarded the “Build to Suit Industrial Transaction of the Year” for the 45,900-square-foot transaction of 119-131 Commonwealth Drive, won the “Suburban Office Lease of the Year” for collaborating in the lease at 1000 Westinghouse Drive, and was also recipient of the “SIOR Co-Broker (Member-to-Member)” award.
Both brokers have demonstrated consistent dedication to the industry, effective transaction management, and a strategic approach to dealmaking throughout their careers; Colliers’ Pittsburgh office is proud to acknowledge John Bilyak and Patrick Sentner’s further professional accomplishments as they continue to set the standard for CRE services throughout the region.
