Mr. Deitrick brings 32 years of experience in commercial real estate and was most recently an Executive Vice President and Broker of Record at Oxford Realty Services, Inc.
From closing over 800 transactions to managing more than 5 million square feet of space with a cumulative value exceeding $500 million, his expertise spans a broad range of client services including tenant representation, agency leasing, commercial sales, acquisitions, and comprehensive economic analysis.

Jeff’s 28+ year tenure at Oxford included leading the brokerage department for the past 8 years, with a focus on cultivating significant agency and brokerage assignments. His achievements are underpinned by a proactive, high-level-of-service approach to client services, providing detailed market availability reports, economic analyses, and coordinating complex lease negotiations and tenant relocations.
