
We are very excited to announce the successful facilitation of a major lease transaction 616 Hite Road, located in Tarentum, PA! The entire +/- 85,400 SF facility has been leased to Curtiss-Wright Corporation, a leading provider of highly engineered, innovative products and services.
The building owner, Upper North Group, was represented by our Market Leader John Bilyak and Senior Vice President Ray Orowetz, and the tenant was represented by Senior Director Evan Cicirello, Senior Associate John Lisowski, and Executive Managing Director Craig Estey at Cushman & Wakefield.

The building, situated on 11 acres with direct access to Route 28, offers highly functional production and warehouse space. With laydown and staging areas surrounding the building, it also features seven dock-high doors, three grade-level doors, and 2,000 AMP electrical service.
