This expansive portfolio, comprised of 279 turn-key units scattered across a diverse mix of popular and emerging neighborhoods Lawrenceville, East Liberty, Polish Hill, Highland Park, Homestead, and Garfield, contains a variation of multifamily properties, single-family homes, and mixed-use buildings.

Recognizing that traditional approaches wouldn’t suffice in capturing the diverse needs of their target market, the Capital Markets team adapted unconventional strategies to ensure the deal would resonate with a wider spectrum of potential investors. The team’s innovation ultimately paid off, securing Pittsburgh’s largest documented portfolio transaction in the region’s history.
