Pittsburgh’s Industrial Team Closes ± 30,000 SF Deal

Colliers’ Pittsburgh office is excited to announce that Industrial team members John Bilyak and Cody Hunt recently facilitated a 31,230-square-foot deal at 633 Napor Boulevard in Sampson Morris Group’s West Pittsburgh Business Park: an attractively located, functional flex space located in Pittsburgh’s Parkway West Corridor.

The 31,230-square-foot space was leased out to a Pittsburgh-based logistics company that will be relocating to the park to capitalize on the property’s centralized location, which offers tenants exceptional access to I-79, I-376, and Route 60, as well as 20-minute drivetimes to both Downtown Pittsburgh and the region’s international airport.

Regarding the transaction, associate Cody Hunt stated that “From the moment of initial contact, swift and decisive action was taken to ensure the tenant could soon occupy and utilize the building. Construction was also expedited to accommodate the tenant’s needs, allowing for a quick transition into the space.”
