The Pittsburgh office is excited to announce that for the third quarter in a row, our team members have secured a spot on CoStar’s Quarterly Power Broker Award list for their significant lease transactions in the office and industrial sectors.

John Bilyak, Ray Orowetz, and Cody Hunt of our Industrial Team represented Trulite, a leading provider of architectural glass and aluminum products, in securing a 60,013-square-foot lease at 460 Nixon Road: a warehouse and distribution center located northeast of Pittsburgh in Cheswick, PA.

Market Leader and Principal John Bilyak additionally facilitated a deal at 251 Solar Drive in Imperial, PA, representing tenant JMS Food Services, an Ohio-based food manufacturer, into a 57,844-square-foot space within NorthPoint Development’s Westport Ridge Park.

And lastly, recognized for facilitating the second-largest office lease in the region during Q4 of 2024, Occupier Services Vice President Patrick Sentner worked alongside John Bilyak in representing Duquesne Light Company’s shift to Pittsburgh’s North Side. The utility services company moved into Nova Place at 100 S. Commons and will be occupying 124,000 square feet in the 1.5 million-square-foot complex owned by Faros Properties.
Join us in congratulating John Bilyak, Patrick Sentner, Cody Hunt, and Ray Orowetz on their Power Broker award wins!
