Colliers International | Pittsburgh secures a 2,200 SF retail space for Union Pig and Chicken in East Liberty

Colliers International | Pittsburgh is proud to announce the lease of 220 North Highland Avenue in East Liberty to the locally owned Union Pig and Chicken restaurant. The retail space, which presently features a 48-seat restaurant with a fully equipped kitchen, will immediately undergo construction renovations for a new and innovative restaurant space. Construction is expected to be complete before the end of 1^st Quarter 2012.

Gregg Broujos, Managing Director, and Anthony Pantoni, Associate, at Colliers International | Pittsburgh, represented the 2,200 SF retail space for The Wedgwood Group and assisted Kevin Sousa, owner of Union Pig and Chicken, with securing the space for its business.
