Broad Street, centrally located in East Liberty, in the East End of Pittsburgh, is preparing to experience the second annual VIA Music & New Media Festival,
on Friday October 7^th and Saturday October 8^th.  The 2-day event will cover the entire city block of Broad Street, transforming it into an arts and nightlife district, with main performances on an outdoor stage.

Situated on the newly renovated corridor of Broad Street, the event will showcase the location benefits, which include wide sidewalks, storefronts with open floor plans that flood with natural light and ample parking.  The corridor provides a variety of use for new business and considerable potential for real estate.
