Patrick Tracy SIOR Appointed to Vice President of Industrial Brokerage | Pittsburgh
Colliers International | Pittsburgh is pleased to announce that Patrick Tracy SIOR has joined the firm as Vice President of Industrial Brokerage. His responsibilities include the sale and leasing of industrial real estate as both a tenant and landlord representative. His position as Vice President of Industrial Brokerage will encompass all aspects of commercial real estate, including but not limited to, office, land and investment sales.

Mr. Tracy previously spent approximately fourteen years with Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc. as Vice President, specializing in brokerage sales and leasing, with a focus on tenant representation, landlord representation, investment property sales and complex real estate projects such as land and property assemblages. In that position, he represented clients that include Intel, Maxim Crane, General Motors, General Electric, York, ACS, Trane, Rollins, Bay Valley Foods, TreeHouse Foods, Inc., Home City Ice Company, Vanity Fair/Bestform, Inspired Technologies, Solar Power, Inc., USA Gourmet and Kensington Windows.
Prior to that, he held several positions with Landmark Communications Inc., including Property Manager and Vice President/General Manager for the wholly-owned subsidiary, Commonwealth Building Company. There his responsibilities included the management of seventeen corporate-owned properties with over 550,000 SF from Richmond, Virginia to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Mr. Tracy’s past experience also includes Coldwell Banker NRT, where he specialized in the sale and leasing of light industrial property in their commercial division.
Patrick Tracy is a native of the Washington, DC area and has been living in the greater Pittsburgh for over eighteen years. He brings more than 20 years of client-based service experience to the commercial real estate industry with a focus on land and industrial sale and leasing matters. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and is an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society.
Mr. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from James Madison University, with a major in Communication Arts and a minor in Business Administration. He also holds a Master in Business Administration studies from Old Dominion University.
