The 6,960 SF Retail Building Located on Perry Highway in Wexford is now Fully Leased

Colliers International | Pittsburgh  is pleased to announce the successful leasing assignment of the Farmer’s Mutual Insurance Building located at 10925 Perry Highway in Wexford, PA.  Paul Horan, Founding Principal, and Jessica Jarosz, Vice President at Colliers International | Pittsburgh, represented the Landlord in the two (2) recent lease transactions totaling 2,680 SF.  The 6,960 SF retail building is now fully leased.  The building was more than half vacant when Colliers was first engaged to provide marketing and leasing services.

Pilates studio, Equilibrium Pittsburgh, which offers a range of programs, including yoga, Pilates, and Pilates-based athletic conditioning has leased 1,680 SF of retail space.  This is their first studio in the Pittsburgh market.  Dots & Doodles has leased 1,000 SF of retail space.
