Hertz Investment Group & Colliers International | Pittsburgh hosted an Open House to promote leasing opportunities at the Gateway Center Complex on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, on  the seventeenth floor of One Gateway Center. Approximately 40 brokers from the Western Pennsylvania commercial real estate brokerage community attended  the event.

The Gateway Center Open House focused on new broker incentives that will be in effect from June 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. The incentives include:

• A 5% commission to be paid for all full floor or greater transactions (Years 1-10 of the lease term)
• A $100 Eddie Merlot’s gift card awarded for every successfully completed new transaction
• Brokers who tour new prospects through Gateway Center will be entered into a monthly raffle for an Apple iPad Mini

Guests who attended the Gateway Center Open House were entered to win two Visa gift card prizes.  Peter Licastro of Point Bridge Realty Advisors was the winner of a $1,000 Visa gift card.  Kimberly Batchelor of Grant Street Associates won a $500 Visa gift card.
