Last night, Pittsburgh Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) hosted their annual Wine Tasting Dinner celebrating past presidents. This sold out event at Hotel Monaco welcomed professionals from all facets of the commercial real estate industry.

“I am elated to see that the passion we had for starting this chapter has multiplied many-fold,” Domeisen said, “Pittsburgh CREW is vibrant and forward-facing. I am honored to have been able to share the history of its beginning at the dinner with those who may not have known. The chapter is in excellent hands to do its important work going forward”

Domeisen was one of five women that established CREW in 1994 with the goal of creating a group specifically for women in the commercial real estate field. Using a Rolodex to compile their contacts, Domeisen, along with Claudia A. Steeb, Janet McCarthy, Mary Maddamma and Lynne Lehrer held their first meeting in February of 1995 at the Duquesne Club.
“The CREW Pittsburgh Annual Wine Dinner Event is a signature event for our local CREW Network Chapter,” said CREW President Elect Virginia Weida, “In 2019, we honored all of our past presidents with a special pre-reception celebration and individual recognition at the event with over 160 attendees.”

Last night’s dinner was not only a great opportunity to honor presidents of CREW’s past, but also an exciting glimpse into CREW’s future in 2020 and beyond.
Amber Phillips, Marketing Specialist at Colliers International | Pittsburgh will be one of the many new faces of CREW in 2020. “I love the mission and meaning behind CREW,” she stated, “Having the chance to be a part of a group solely focused on advancing women in all fields of commercial real estate is such an exciting opportunity.”
